Return & Refund Policy: ZSAZSAWRLD

Thank you for supporting ZSAZSAWRLD. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made through ZSAZSAWRLD are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size

  • Delayed delivery by carrier

Please double-check sizing, shipping information, and color selections before completing checkout.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We only offer exchanges or replacements if an item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a review:

  • Email: hello@zsazsawrld.store

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item

    • Photos of packaging

     

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

ZSAZSAWRLD is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper washing

  • Stretching or ripping after use

If the item qualifies, we will exchange it for the same item or issue store credit if unavailable.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

ZSAZSAWRLD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”

Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered orders

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for these cases.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, ZSAZSAWRLD is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Lost shipments

  • Returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer must pay a new shipping fee to have it re-sent.

No refunds are provided for returned or unclaimed packages.

5. Exchanges (If Approved)

If an exchange is approved due to a defect:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • You must ship it back within 7 days of approval

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

  • We will ship the replacement item once the return is received and inspected

If an identical replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
All sales are final, no exceptions.
