Shipping Policy: ZSAZSAWRLD

Thank you for shopping with ZSAZSAWRLD. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during product drops, high-volume periods, or holidays.

All ZSAZSAWRLD items are premade and ready to ship. We do not do preorders or made-to-order production unless stated otherwise.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times are calculated after your order has been processed.

Estimated transit times (U.S. orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by the carrier. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Incorrect Shipping Information

ZSAZSAWRLD is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address:

  • Email us immediately at hello@zsazsawrld.store

  • If the order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address

  • Once shipped, we cannot make any changes

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ZSAZSAWRLD is no longer responsible for its location.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not found

For missing packages, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open a case.

5. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zsazsawrld.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of packaging

We will review your case and assist accordingly.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping will be available soon.

7. Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. Customers are responsible for monitoring their package via the tracking link provided.

8. Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed delivery

  • Refused delivery
    … The customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have the package re-sent.

No refunds are provided for returned-to-sender packages.
