By placing an order with ZSAZSAWRLD, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

ZSAZSAWRLD is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages that show as delivered by the carrier

Please double-check your address before completing your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for any reason.

Exchanges are not offered unless a product arrives damaged or defective. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue for review.

ZSAZSAWRLD is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper care

  • Sizing issues (please refer to size charts before purchasing)

3. Product Availability

ZSAZSAWRLD reserves the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.
If a purchased item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, photos, website content, and product names are the property of ZSAZSAWRLD.
They may not be copied, resold, modified, or distributed without written permission.

5. Privacy & Data Use

We collect customer information solely to:

  • Process and fulfill orders
